Issue
If you receive a complaint about a user that submitted a driver event into LoadMaster where the driver was injured and the report is in LoadMaster but LoadMaster did not assign a report number and is unable to proceed with a claim.
Solution
Motor vehicle accidents and personal injuries need to be entered via the Motor Vehicle Accidents screen; this creates a report #.
It also auto creates a Driver Event with the same report #
If it is entered as a Driver Event, it does not create a report #
